When should you be stretching out?

Most people think its best to stretch before you ever begin to workout. This is actually incorrect accoreding to AFAA and ACE standards of practice. I know this sounds weird, trust me when I was being certified I had to take several glances at this topic. You are suppose to begin working out, lightly at first, and in the midst of the beginning of your workout you should stretch those muscles that you are going to use.
