Sleeping Habits
How important are your sleeping habits
Many clients ask me what they should do about their sleeping habits if they aren’t getting enough sleep. Every study that you can get your hands will tell you that you should sleep at least 7-9 at a time. If you unfortunately are not allowed to do this because of work or your lifestyle then you must understand that your training will be constrained.
Your training must have longer intervals of rest periods. Understand that it is very important for your body to rest. This is when most of your bodies healing will take place.
So if you can alter your sleeping so that you receive the adequate amount of sleep to allow your body to recover then do so. But if you can’t alter your sleeping patterns then just learn that your body may need extra healing between workouts.
