I happen to run across this book online and it blew me away. I was amazed to discover that some of the meals that you eat at restaurants are absolutely horrible for you.

This really is a great book.  Like I said earlier I was blown away by the contents in some of the restaurant foods.  If you eat out and try to eat healthy then you must read this book.
