Reachable Goals
You must know your goal at all times!
As my father always said, if you don’t know your goal, then how the hell do you know where you are going? So define your goal. Do you want to increase your strength, how about shed a certain number of pounds, or a certain outfit that has avoided you for years.
Once you define your goal you have to make sure that’s its attainable. Imagine telling someone who can’t read that they can be president. Doesn’t it make more since to them that their goal is to learn how to read? Then education, and then begin to learn politics, and so on until that person themselves can say I wish to be President, I am qualified to run. I believe in giving children goals that are way down the road, but for the purpose of training let’s concern ourselves only with reachable goals, and like the child once achieved we can move on to the next goal.
So now that you have defined your first goal and you know that its attainable, let’s begin understanding what type of workout you are going to do.
Do you need a beginner’s training routine, or an advanced training routine. Learn your frequency, duration, and intensity.
