Protein Shakes and How I Make Them
Have you ever bought a protein shake at the gym? They are great, well that is except for the price. You probably pay about $6 dollars right? Do you ever notice how many scoops of protein they put in your shake, is it the right amount? i.e. some shakes call for 2 servings Almost every gym I have ever gone too only gives you one serving of protein unless you ask for more. So, if you are on a budget or just want to learn how to make your favorite shakes then try these recipes.
Protein shakes are a great meal replacement, and trust me they are very filling. If you are on a proper diet, then you are consuming 5-7 meals a day. Protein shakes are a great way to save you time and money. You can eat your shake whenever, it doesn’t matter if its before a workout of after a workout. I just know its much easier for me to consume a shake while traveling than starving.
