Passion

How much passion do you have at the gym, at home while training?

While you are at the gym, or training at home you should have your cell phone off. You should have all of your distractions shut off. Have you ever gone to a fitness class to see a few people that are there for just social hour? You wouldn’t believe how irritated the other members and even some instructors will become because of this. Please be respectful and understand that talking, even quietly, is very discouraging to some members and can even be down right disruptive. Since I mentioned that type of disruptive lets also talk about over exertion, vocally. There is no damn need to grunt like a bear in the woods. I know you all know exactly what I am talking about. Control your breathing and push yourself, but the people around you don’t need to hear that you are about to have a hernia…it doesn’t make you look stronger.

Passion is one of the most important things to me. My husband is a prime example. When he enters the gym or his workout regimen, that’s it, don’t try and talk to him, he is their and focused to do the very best job that he can for that period of time. He always says and I quote, “Let’s talk while I hit this next set.”

To make changes in your life you must be passionate about what you are doing!

A great quote:

Without passion man is a mere latent force and possibility, like the flint which awaits the shock of the iron before it can give forth its spark.
