How to: Prepare Meals

There is no secret! 

No matter what diet you are following we have found the absolute best way to prepare our meals, it really is simple. Find your local meat market or grocery store of your choice. Buy everything that you will need for your diet, one week’s worth, at one time.

This is the way we prepare our meals while we are on the Lean diet plan. We purchase one week’s worth of food at once. Then we come home and grill all of the meat outside on the grill at one time. We will cook the chicken on an open flame, the hamburgers on an open flame, and lastly grill the fish wrapped in aluminum foil, and seasoned with lemon pepper and light italian dressing to get rid of that fishy taste.

Once done just make sure that you store all of your cooked meat in a sealed container. And there you go, your meals are prepared for the entire week. All you have to do from here is nuke your food and add the side items and you are done.

We love preparing our meals this way, because this is the greatest way to conquer your hunger pains. We know our food is right there in the fridge, which is much closer than your local fast food joint.

Also, if you travel or have plans to be outside of your home all day make sure that you bring some protein drinks with you and your rice cakes.
