Getting Started
So you want to get started with a workout and diet regimen.
There are some things that you must take care of first. As with any great business you must create a plan. So let’s do just that.
First you are going to need to know if you are going to be exercising out of your house or out of the gym.
Next we must develop your plan of action. You need to do your research. Now lets look at what type of workout plan you want, beginner or advanced. You also need to know several other important factors. What is your workout frequency, intensity, time frame, passion, and last but not least your schedule.
When you have all of that under control lets talk about your goals. Are they realistic? How do you measure your goals and how do you reward yourself, or even punish yourself?
Now just some words of caution. You need to know about overtraining, proper breathing, stretching, and even your form. Let’s even discuss several topics related to injury. Since you have everything together, that is if you have taken the time to review each of these topics we can talk about restaurant meals. Make sure you read this section or you may be hindering your diet without evening know it. Do you need any fitness equipment?
