A healthy breakfast can help you stick to your diet and lose weight. Slim·Fast Meal On-The-Go shakes and bars provide the balanced nutrition of a meal, with 1/3 of most of your daily nutrient needs-including essential vitamins and minerals-and 2 to 5 grams of dietary fiber per serving.
Combine The Slim·Fast Meal Plan
Lets you combine your favorite foods along with a full line of Slim·Fast products to create meal combinations you’ll enjoy. Just add 200 calories of your desired food to a Slim·Fast Meal On-The-GoTM shake or bar.
Dine The Portion Size
Guide makes it easy to visualize what a sensible meal should look like. As a general rule, always fill 1/2 of your plate with veggies, 1/4 with lean protein (such as chicken without the skin, turkey, fish or lean beef) and 1/4 with starch (preferably whole grain) and enjoy a salad on the side and a serving of fruit or fruit salad for dessert.
