Overcoming an obstacle

So you have stopped making progress and you need to overcome your plateau; then this is a great way to overcome that obstacle. Make sure that you are only using this technique on a limited basis. Drop Sets are only to be used as a way of overcoming a plateau.

What are drop sets? When you finish your exercise, for instance chest press you will drop half of the weight on the bar. Do one more set for as many reps as you can, do not stop until you have exhausted your muscles.

You have probably seen many people do this before.  Just remember to use this as a plateau breaker.
