Alright I love this topic. My mother-in-law actually recommended this portion to be put on the site. So if you can help me with this portion I would be so every greatful. Please send me your horror stories about the equipment you have used and don’t forget to provide me with a link to the equipment.

$$ A complete waist of the garbage mans time and energy.

Do you really think its worth this much money? All of the studies show that if you use this equipment you will dramatically improve your health. Any exercise over no exercise will improve your health.
Can you imagine actually using this product? Thank you Mary for advising about this equipment. I agree there is a better way to spend a undred dollars.
This device claims to give you the best core workout in only 15 minutes. You be the judge, but I think horseback riding would be better than this.
Come on now. You don’t need this type of equipment to make your abs defined. You just need a proper diet regimen to follow.
Keep sending in your stories or the stories about what equipment your ”friends” have tried and found absolutely to be a waist of money.
