Cardio - Beginner
You must begin somewhere…
No matter what shape you are in please realize that the most important part of fitness is your endurance. To improve your endurance you must change your lifestyle in order to change your life.
Here is a routine that is a little challenging but will definiately make you see improvement. Understand that you must be running, jogging, or even walking atleast 3-5 times a week to see improvement.
Beginner Routine see current fitness for indepth discussion:
Sunday – Interval: Jog for 1 minute and then walk for 2 mintues. Duration 20 minutes.
Monday – Light Cardio: Walk, jog, or if you are conditioned run…just maintain your aerobic state for 30 minutes.
Tuesday – Light Cardio: Same as Monday.
Wednesday – Interval: Jog for 2 minutes and then walk for 3 minutes. Duration 20 minutes.
Thursday – Light Cardio: Same as Monday
Friday – Light Cardio: Same as Monday
Saturday – Sprints: Jog for 3-5 minutes and then walk for 4 minutes. Duration 20 minutes.
